I think the drones are a step up from "buzz bombs" Patsy. They send images back to the base and can be guided onto their target by remote control.

Seems fantastic this can happen ... but ... the pursuit of the perfect 'robot' doesn't stop at replicating a human being, or a robot being able to do something or other instead of a human being; this is only a step in the robotic evolution. No, the real concern is when the computers that control robots, and God knows what else, think for themselves. This is already happening and is set to REALLY happen in just a few short years. What then? I don't think even the brains behind the programming know. Fascinating for sure.

Yes, it sure is, but the speed of it now . The improvement in computers and robotics is accelerating hugely. We are going to see some startling things with regard to this in the very near future.

Drones drop bombs on people not Robots.
