You can't do anything of the sort. Your bound to the ECJ and the customs union.

Your trading arrangements are made by unelected leaders in the commission and your laws handed down to you.

Boy oh boy. You realise you are telling your government didn't pass a law between 1973 and 2020. As a consequence your parliament hasn't made policies for the government to implement and execute. What a waste of time and money! Between 1973 and 2020 you could have sent both houses home, you could have done without them.
That is, according to your brexiters opinion of the state of your unsovereign country during its membership of the EU.

We were bound by the Communities Act. Do you know what that is ?

Tell me Solasch, as a sovereign nation how do you get rid of the Commission and replace them with someone you want ?

I can, by democratic elections, change who represents the netherlands in the commission. The representatives of other nations I cannot influence, due to their sovereign status.

How do you, as a labour voter, change who is the pm of your country?

Bound by an act of your own, not by an act/rule/law from the EU?

And you needed consent from the EU to unbind the communities act or did your sovereign parliament pass a law?

Impossible! Only a sovereign country can do that, and by your own book you were not during EU membership. So either you and other brexiters are wrong about that sovereignty or you didn't repeal the act. Squirm worm!

Another of your faults. The act ratifying the WA and PD, concomittantly repealing the communities act was passed on 23 january. It became effective 31 january.

But as you correctly state, you were souvereign on the 23rd while still being an EU member. You no longer need to hide that fact. That fable of brexiter fabrication is no longer believed by sensible people. We can welcome you to that group at last.
