Thank You Bill Cash !

This is why changing the withdrawal agreement is possible but not "legal" (as far as treaties are concerned).

But let's remind the 27 to stop breaching treaties by not paying their NATO contributions and remind the ECJ that Germany also found it breaking the law and acting illegally.

Thanks Bill !

That's the whole point, we aren't dictating to others, we are clarifying the texts in the treaty according to our own sovereign powers to do so.

Where it says "level playing field" (for example) it could mean anything. The EU seem to think this means their rules, but to us it means the WTO. This is why we are changing the terms so that it works for the UK and we do not treat Northern Ireland any different to any other country in our union. By setting out clear mutual recognition arrangements between England, N. Ireland, Scotland and Wales in our internal market bill we will make it UK law to never surrender to the Brussels cartel and that the UK only answers to its own law.

There was never a problem with the Irish Border, Varadkar used the GFA to try and trap the UK in the EU and to try a land grab on Northern Ireland. Well, thanks to the Internal Market Bill and the amendments in the WA, this weaponised border has now become an EU problem, not ours.

Michael Gove just called Barniers bluff and there is absolutely nothing the EU can do about it.

An agreement between parties cannot be changed, or explained, unilaterally. Only in the colonial days, but those have long gone for britain.
Or has westminster forgotten they are now only a mediocre third country?
