Tough Birthday!
Great GrandDaughter, started school this week, 5 years old today, Parties arranged between now & the weekend.Very excited.
Then her parents noticed that she has developed a rough cough, had her temp checked, temperature through the roof.
Nasal check done, sample sent off, results expected tomorrow.
Parties off, Daddy sent home from work, no visitors!
So starts a night of deep worry!

Hope the little birthday girls is ok and tests come back negative.They catch all sorts when they start school.
My grandson was sent home with swollen lips, he had a reaction to hand sanitizer the school are using. He has a habit of rubbing his nose when nervous and got told off for that.
I expect great-grandson to be sent home when he starts school soon, he gets croup in the colder months.
The trouble is the teachers are so nervous these days. Parents need to work so it upsets everyone if kids show symptoms.
