Can you cook fresh dripping battered cod in an air fryer?

I’ve just googled it and no you can’t.

I’m not saying anything is wrong with an air fryer, yes I’m sure less fat.

I only have this treat every few months...it’s delicious.

We do the fish in the frying pan only takes a few minutes and the chips in the air fryer .

I bet that’s lovely.

I must have my triple fried chips ,plus my own battered fish..not very often though.

I know it’s not healthy.

An air fryer doesn't preclude home made the food just doesn't have all that fat or oil
Loved that barramundi Bruce, had it several times when we were there in '19... yum yum..

You can’t cook the batter I make in an air fryer.

It’s a dripping batter...
You must go by their recipes.

I like my own...that batter is thick.covered in flour...not my type of batter...much to dry for my liking.

it is a very nice fish I have it fairly regularly though I have to say when I was up in the Kimberley it seems to be all they serve and I was dying for a piece of flake (shark) by the end of the trip.

Another one that I like for a change is a Tuna or Swordfish steak
