Re: Raynaud`s Diseaase.
I know many people who suffer from this in varying degrees Nom, myself included. When the weather is cold or damp my fingers quite literally go completely white and numb, sometimes just one or two fingers, sometimes all of them. It hasnīt affected my toes, well not so far. Putting your hands under your armpits, sitting on them, or if you are at home putting them in warm water helps.Re: Raynaud`s Diseaase.
Yes its been suggested that i use rechargeable hand warmers, and for exercise a tray filed with assorted small items to try and pick up to increase finger dexterity.Re: Raynaud`s Diseaase.
Nom I have known a few people suffer from this, to varying degrees! I am sure you will find a website that gives advice so I would try different methods, in turn, to see which helps you best.Re: Raynaud`s Diseaase.
