Good morning - Hard to tell how the weather is going to be at the moment.

An early start today. It's time for Mrs mart's injections into the spine for pain relief (day surgery every 3 months). I have to get her to the hospital for 7.00 a.m.

I'm looking forward to being taken out by son & daughter in law today. It's a birthday surprise for Tony whose birthday is tomorrow so we don't know where we're going..

Bit cold here early this morning, or at least I think so. Chest is still painful from the fall and having to sleep on the settee, I can prop myself up better than in bed. Still it feels less painful today

One bonus is I don't dig Sue in the ribs when she starts snoring

Don't know if it is still jet lag (11.5 hour flight) or not having a pm nap, but finding sleep is calling around 9pm and getting up at 6.30 am. Must try and adjust to our time as still running on the Japanese clock.

Good morning all.

Got a bad sore throat, having problems in swallowing, it hurts too much, I suppose that's one way to stop me eating.

Lovely and sunny here, have got my bed sheets out on the washing line.

Liver, kidneys, mash & peas for dinner today.

Good morning everyone a misty start but sun promised for later.

My son is picking me up later to go for a walk around the nature reserve with the toddler twins who will be 2 next week and my eldest grandaughter. The other two children have gone to a day of cricket coaching.
