I once tried asking for cheese in Egypt using my skills in phrase book Arabic. I don't know what I said but it ended up with the shop keeper asking me to come back at 8 o'clock for sex. Obviously I didn't return. He was too bloody ugly.

My mother told me that during the war she worked in a chemists and my father would wait outside for her to finish at the end of the day. One day two men came out of the shop remarking to each other that they had been sold condoms by a "WOMAN". My dad made her leave the job!

I remember my mum telling me that when my young sister brought her boyfriend home for Sunday lunch and he was serving the chicken he asked my mum,

I've actually been too embarrassed on occasion to buy a woman's magazine the titles on the front had me so red faced I just quietly put it back wasn't even a porn mag just a monthly women's magazine !
