The plumber has been....at last

Our boilers been on the fritz for a bit..losing pressure, after weeks of trying to get Neil, our plumber he finally came tonight. ( he’s very busy) , as I suspected it does need a new pressure vessel which hopefully he will have one by Saturday at the latest, at least its had a service, ( not done for at least 4 years) and the system is still very clean, so hopefully by Saturday if not before, it should be fixed, and I won’t have to keep topping it up..

Was your relief (the little pipe showing just out side your wall) showing signs of water that is the only sign of a pressure leaking

If not you have a leak on your system in your house, such as a rad valve leaking

No galty , it was the overflow ( relief) that was leaking, I put a bag over it and it filled with a blue liquid, it’s done it before, I’m waiting for the plumber as I type this, he texted earlier, he has the new part..

Yes they can be a pain in the arse.

They blow and the washer goes so they drip after

A simple job should not cost to much.
