Good morning Thursday

Good morning all, cloudy here after some light rain overnight, but a dry forecast so no complaints.

Alfie had seven teeth and a small growth removed from his mouth yesterday, so although he seems fine and not in pain we are planning just a quiet day in the garden to keep him out of trouble while he heals.

Have a pleasant day everyone

Good morning everyone

Poor Alfie...glad he is recovering

I bought a lovely garden urn yesterday and one of those new spiral type hydrangea....(well new to me) it's called limelight. I will plant it up today and generally tidy the garden....please don't rain

Have a good day all

Re: Good morning Thursday

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to you all.

A dry and bright morning with some hazy sunshine and outbreaks of rain possible
later in the afternoon is the forecast. Maximum temperature 24ºC.

Nothing planned for today, maybe some tidying up, otherwise it looks like another
‘please myself’ day.

Enjoy your day everybody, whatever you may be doing.

Re: Good morning Thursday

Good morning everyone a bit dull with rain a possibility.

I had a lovely day with the children yesterday,it makes me realise what I have missed over the lockdown months. We went a walk on the Worcestershire Way and the 3 year old twins never complained once about tired legs .

My grass seed on the bare patches of lawn is up, I might mow it avoiding the patches.

Enjoy your day

Barry I am pleased to hear Alfie is ok, the biggest worry is the general anaesthetic.

Re: Good morning Thursday

Evening all...

A ripper day with sunshine and no wind.

Was up fairly early today for an early shower while I still had hot water. My hot water tank had developed a slight leak so it was getting replaced today. The couriers delivered the new tank early this morning before 9am.

The new tank was a Rinnai, a well known brand but not one I had purchased before.

Fitted in the same place as the old one but it was only 250 litres rather than the 315 litres of the old one. Cost $200 less for that reason.

Went for my walk late this afternoon but it was starting to get overcast by then.

Hope you all have a nice day.

Re: Good morning Thursday

Good morning all sunny with a few more clouds this morning, feeling quite warm.

No special plans for the day. I still haven’t ventured out the house, except for a hairdressers appointment.

Expecting a Sainsburys grocery delivery late afternoon.

Enjoy your day everyone
