Re: Spot

Knowing many of you on OFF are dog lovers and with a play on the word 'Spot', plus the questionable aid of a spell checker, I wonder if anyone remembers "Spit The Dog"?

Yes I remember 'Spit the Dog' Baz......And I also remember 'Spotty Dog' off the 'Woodentops'.....

What was the dog called in the Woodentops?
Spotty Dog (The Woodentops)
Spotty Dog was introduced as the 'very biggest spotty dog you ever did see' at the beginning of each episode of the The Woodentops, a children's television programme developed by Freda Lingstrom, BBC Head of Children's Programmes, and narrator Maria Bird.10 Jan 2014

That's going back a few years OGF, about half-a-century plus 15 years to be exact! Some on here may never even have heard of or seen that one!

Makes one realise their age though, OldGreyFox. However, we are still here, despite the odds!
Like you say also there was no CGI in those days which makes anything more of an achievement.
I guess it's also good simply to be able to remember things from that long ago, some cannot!
