supermarket clothes

Are you a boutique, or the likes of M&S style clothes shopper, or are you happy to buy clothes from a supermarket, e.g. Sainsbury, Tesco or Asda?

I've bought lots of supermarket clothes. Particularly like Sainsbury. Some of their clothes are such good value and look good too. I'm not a clothes snob, so they suit me fine . Although, if I were attending a wedding or the likes then it would definitely be from a dress shop.

Re: supermarket clothes

I rarely buy new clothes but Sheila gets most of hers from Bon Marche and Edinburgh Wool.

Re: supermarket clothes

I've bought from Supermarkets but my favourite shop is Matalan, good choice and reasonable.

Re: supermarket clothes

Never M&S for clothes, very dated even with all the latest hype, I like Matalan, Dorothy Perkins and even Primark has a few good bits. I've had stuff from Tesco and Sainsbury's and it's been ok. worn well, but they don't give as much choice - because they are a supermarket, I suppose.

Re: supermarket clothes

Matalan is great too. The thing is, you don't have to spend a lot of money on an outfit to look good. Plus, the aforementioned shops and supermarkets have lots of costume jewellery to match. I bought a lovely top for my partner's daughter yesterday in Sainsbury, with a lovely necklace to match. I sort of know her style, so know she'll like it. I bought her a top and necklace from Matalan for her birthday and she loved them. Of course, if you can afford to buy designer outfits, then why not. I'm also stuck because I'm a bigger size

Omg, yes C & A! There's one in Fuengirola and I bought two tops and matching necklaces in when I was there in July. I was tickled when I saw it was still going strong there!!
