Ive been grind down a few times , and have ran away .
Now I take regular breaks away and I can cope better .

I am afraid I am one of those who has to stay and sort things out. If I went away the problem would still be there when I got back, so it is easier to sort it at the start.
In fact I never let anything drop till I have reached a satisfactory conclusion.
