Hi, sorry you are a mess when it comes to sleep cycles. My daughter had rituximab infusions and was knocked out from them and host of other medications.

I concur with the suggestion of exercise. Her sleep patterns improved when we made a commitment to go for a walk every afternoon at a time she usually had the urge to nap.

You need good food, good sleep, and good exercise to fuel your body and mind towards regaining your strength and health. If you need ideas regarding any of these, just shout.

OMG - just woke up again in front of the telly, was convinced it was 7:30 at night 'til I remembered I got up at 4.

It's so dark outside that it is hard to tell if it's morning or night, anyway.

I feel so surreal it's almost unbelievable. This can't go on, and I must speak with my G.P. about it. Still having difficulty believing that my dreams were just that, dreams.

Am in hospital as my temp spiked at 39.5 this afternoon. None of the tests are pleasant but I've received one infusion of antibiotics so far with more tests and treatment tomorrow.

What meds are you on Ffosse? Sounds like you are reacting to one of them. Are you taking any vitamins or natural supplements in tandem with meds?

Plus what sort of things did you eat in the last few days?

I don't know what's wrong with me but at least I lave a fighting chance in hospital. Had some breakfast earlier but wasnt't reallyhungry.

Moved to my old Ward 8- everyone knows me here.

Should really have moved last night but they were so busy.
