Every Monday is 'Happy Monday' to me, all the kids are back to school and most people are at work so it's time to go out and visit places without sitting in traffic queues....

I generally stop at home at the weekends....

Not since I was about ten Arty, and besides, Sunday has always been my long run day....The most important run of the week....
