Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

I have just had my evening meal - a home made korma curry - king prawn and mushroom with boiled rice, followed by a yoghurt.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

We had the most amazing chicken curry last night with parotas. My son made it and it was soooooo spicy and totally delicious my house smells like a really good Indian Restaurant. Yummy. I am going to make a potato and spinach curry (Aloo saag) to go with the left overs.

It's usually Chinese on Saturdays but somehow am not in the mood for that so think I'll fix a nice Italian meatball sub, either sweet corn or fresh spinach and crisps. Chocolate mousse cake for dessert.

I'm afraid I really hate korma. That was my very first introduction to curries many years ago and I gagged on it and the colour is off-putting for me as well.

For me tonight will be a home-made fiery prawn madras with rice.
