Lunch is always the same with me: small bowl of miso soup, fruit and cheese, cup of Ensure Senior health drink (chocolate).
Fruit and cheese vary, today it's a pear and Port Salut.

Zuppa di Brodo e Pomidori, salad, roll. That's a tasty Tuscan soup with bread, cheese, fresh ground pepper, tomatoes, rosemary and garlic.

Friday night is chippy night-lightly battered fish, chips and mushy peas followed by pot of tea.....very tasty!
