Interesting I guess I am an optimist but that brings it's own problems as I frequently disappointed when things don't go as well as I expected.

My husband is rarely disappointed because he never expects things to go right anyway.

As a pessimist, I'm hopeful they can find something to switch off those genes - I suppose many pessimists are envious of optimists and would love that approach to life.

Did you see that program last night about changing your mind to think positive, the guy on it had to pick out happy faces and meditate, he reckoned it worked. Ugh, suddenly cl**ns popped into my head (think Ronald MacDonald) can't even type that word!
It was called C.B.M. I think....
