Can hardly believe this. .
Bits I've just read:"An alcoholic man from Houston, Texas, had a bad throat infection and couldn't drink, so he decided to use wine and sherry as an enema instead! He died after his wife emptied two 1.5 ltr bottles of sherry into his body.
His wife Tammy, faced a charge of negligent homicide, but it was dropped."
ALSO:
" The internet is awash with morons who swallow innocent goldfish for a dare. But a man from Ohio swallowed a 5ins live fish, and not surprisingly, he began to choke as the fish lodged in his throat. Paramedics who rushed to treat him were shocked when they saw a fish tail flapping around in his mouth, but they failed to save his life."
LASTLY:
A disabled man was so furious when a woman in a lift pressed the button to close the doors in his face, he rolled back his motorised scooter and repeatedly rammed the lift doors. In the end, the doors were forced open, but the lift had already gone and CCTV captured him plunging to his death down the lift shaft."
Apparently 'researchers' did an annual round-up of people who died in particularly stupid ways, and found that 282 cases were of men and only 36 were women.
The full report was published as a 'tongue-in-cheek report in the British Medical Journal.
sorry men but it does seem men are the ones who do these things.
Well Julie, I daren't say before, but it did also say "It's official - men are dumber than women".
