Good to hear the update, Ffloydy. That vehicle and its owner are worth keeping an eye on.

As for the parallel (reverse parking) it is no lie that more than one pilot in my family has relinquished the car to me to parallel park. Truth.

The only action out front is that my border collie presently has her head down the sewer drain in the curb, hoping that her six-month-gone tennis ball will magically return. It might be well out to sea by now.

Sounds like a scene from the movie "It", Surfermom. Are you sure it was a ball your dog lost and not a balloon?
