You only have to be 66 to get it here Sue, and if you are on a state pension you get it automatically, none of all that messing about. 75 is a bit long to wait, I thought we were all in this together…the EEC I mean.

Rang the number on that page (0300 790 6165) and gave my Nat. Ins. No. and date of birth to a young lady who assured me that they would issue me with a licence and it would be posted to me shortly. Fingers crossed.
(Couldn't find a way to do it online, it kept offering me a page where you had to pay and no facility to alter it that I could see).

I visited that page Sue and they don’t make it easy for a person to claim it do they. Anyway I’m glad the works are in motion for you.
