I do wish call centre operatives would engage brain before coming out with their automatic spiel.
I had to ring to cancel an appointment because I'm not feeling very well. I explained that I will have to stay in bed because of this, and so couldn't keep the appointment.
He cancelled the appointment and then said " Enjoy the rest of your day!"
