Re: Nigella

My BIL is, apart from being an athlete and a Chartered Surveyor, seriously into cooking.

He has posted on FB about the latest ludicrous Nigella programme !

I can't be bothered to watch this stuff because I know what food I can eat and I really don't fancy any silly ingredients thank you very much

Re: Nigella

she cooks for the common people - and she can stroll with me anytime on the common!

She seems to have a lot of friends for dinner?

The almond apricot cake she made looks really good.. Lactose free too so I might bake it for my daughters birthday.
I thought the cake looked lovely too and the lamb dish with a feta salad both of which I will make (For the cake I will soak the apricots in orange juice and put grated orange peel in the mixture instead of cardamom )

I enjoyed the programme, like Nigela and her recipes work unlike some chefs

Re: Nigella

IMO the delicious Nigella is ideal for just looking at.... especially now that she has lost a bit of weight.....as for cooking, I have never been able to concentrate on what she was making for long enough to know if it was worth cooking or not.
