I watched the funeral on TV, the old duck had a good send off, with which she no doubt would have been pleased! George Osborne had tears rolling down his cheeks, unlike her family who were much more composed. Boris Johnson had tidy hair for once!

What hour of need are you talking about plantman, I thought that was applied to Churchill?

Congratulations must go to the men who were pall bearers, they were the men for the job,she would have been proud of them. Thank you.It was excellent and she deserved all of it.

It seems to me a politician who puts country before self is a rare thing nowadays. I believe Margaret Thatcher was such a person and I am sorry politics has lost a person of such strong conviction.
