This film clip shows some of the astonishing contortions some people are able

to do, along with music.

In this classical choreography of the 1944 film "Broadway Rhythm", The Ross Sisters, Aggie, Maggie and Elmira, sing and move in a way that does not seem humanly possible.

During the first 45 seconds they sing. But what comes next is really impressive.

I would like to know how they knew they could do this?
Must have been a lot of pulled muscles etc.
