It's interesting isn't it, how we all react completely differently to exactly the same scenario. I expect he will get arrested at some point, for questionign if nothing else.

Don't think it is Wrinkly, he is from up North. Could be Alan, he is from that area.

I think that the clip where s/he is in a lake is somewhat macabre. It mkaes me feel uneasy for whatever reason.

Yes, it does look he's modelled himself on that clown from IT - he was even saying 'they float, they all float' which is a classic line from that film.
