Re: Could you sleep in a house if you knew it had mice?

We had an influx of them a few years back

Didn't bother me at all

What I didn't like was removing the dead ones from the traps

I'm far more worried about cockroaches, fleas and bedbugs. Creatures that you can inadvertently take home in your luggage. Mice sounds like "nice", so can't be too bad! When I was a child we had them in the house. A cat helped.

Re: Could you sleep in a house if you knew it had mice?

I'm not bothered about Mice at all, my last cat Billy, used to go over the Allotments every day and come back and give me a Mouse in my hand, never hurt them, but I had to stroke them and put them back in my garden and he would go and get another one.

I wouldn't like Rats though.

And I would be terrified of Spiders.

I have had field mice in from time to time - they upset the cats more than they upset me.

Re: Could you sleep in a house if you knew it had mice?

I'm not in the least frightened of mice, but wouldn't want them from the cleanliness point of view. Don't think they'd last long with my 5 terriers anyway.

It's rats I can't bear. Rats, snakes and wasps make me nervous.
