That lad had no idea he was being videoed,had no idea whether those balconies were safe for his weight,had no idea he'd be rewarded in such grand fashion - he just knew that if he didn't take action,in the only way available,that child was likely to be dead in a few seconds. So good on 'im. ...just a pity he'll have to learn French as his penance...
