Lets start a rumour........the little boy was attached to the rail with velcro super glued to his tiny hands, an invisible safety line was attached to his belt and to an anchor point behind the balcony.
He was never in any danger. The Malian had paid his father 500 CFA francs and a lottery ticket with a chance to win the Euro lottery jackpot to borrow his son for the afternoon.

Everybody wins............whats the problem ?
