Cloudy and humid here this morning with storms due about 4:00pm.

Nothing definite planned for the day other than a major mooch!

No fog or mist this morning for a change and forecasting broken cloud and 22 degs, perfect.....

An easier day planned for today, just catching up on garden jobs after a few days re-laying paving slabs.

Good morning all.

Beautiful and sunny and hot here in Essex.

Off out at 9.30am, do our weekly shopping, then into Town to buy a few bits and get some money out, then pop in to my BILs for a chat, then back home.

It's a lovely sunny morning here - I plan on doing some tidying in the garden.
Later we're meeting Ady, Paula & the children for Sunday lunch & to hear all about their holiday in the Isle of Wight last week.

Thanks for that.

I have got my sensible head on at the moment and am being careful.

I am changing meds and the current ones are being tailed off, you cannot just stop them.

I will be going down to just four pills a day and my eye drops, which is great

I am already starting to feel better due to the side effects slowly going.
