Talking of Lemon Curd, I bought a Lemon Curd Eclair in Sainsbury's last week. It was split through the middle and filled with lemon curd and fresh cream with Lemon Curd icing on the top of the eclair. Talk about delicious, it was the best cake I had ever tasted!
