Two jobs at once

Women often claim they have to do two jobs at once. I doubt this as when asked why they can't have sex and a headache at the same time.

The question is ignored or some pointless reply given.

Sex is a pleasure, headaches are not, they cancel each other out. Neither is a job (unless...)

If that's the case, how come after a night out with a Lady, your mate says to you "Did You?", and you reply "Yeah, I did the Business".
