have to say i don't take photos in the rain if i can help it. Pprotecting the camera and lens is more important even though they are supposed to be sealed against bad weather
Extra "freedom from poinking" points this challenge, for anyone posting reflections in the dark, wet roads with lights reflected etc. I like those!

The Fire Brigade check out a canal culvert. Normally this is a trickle of water (if any) but at this time, it was having trouble coping with the volume of water in the canal after days of heavy rain.
The photo was taken a few years ago Tess. Luckily, it didn't rain too much more. The waterline looks to be below its highest point, so I don't think the Fire Brigade had a lot to do. (I wonder what they could have done?)
