The chronicles of nadiya

Not sure whether food forum or tv for this one ?

Anyone else see the chronicles of nadiya ? We loved it such an enthusiastic presenter and seemed very knowledgable about ingredients. Managed to get us interested in curry and we don't even like it
Had other things in it we enjoyed when she cooked for the Hindu family seeing the slight mistrust turn to wow that was nice food was lovely.

Is she the one who did the amateurish droopy dropsy tiered cake for the Queen's 90th?

Yes that's the lady, far better suited to this show than the cake I thought.

We watched those and thought she was a very good presenter and the programmes were interesting to learn more about Bangladesh.

Glad I wasn't only one to enjoy it, was quite a learning curve too as you say. Didn't realise what a beautiful country it was.

I really did jump in where angels fear to tread with this one.

'Nadiya' is not known in Australia.
A weary glance at the Muslim name at 4 o'clock in the morning here and .............
anyway, ya can't win 'em all.
