Morning All, By Heck it's turned cold has it not. Sunny but cold. I had to scrape the car yesterday before I could use it. I hope it's not going to be a hard Winter. I hate the cold weather , makes me miserable..

Good morning Each,a bit dull & dreich here but not cold,

I'm back on a health kick again cutting down on carb's so been having some withdrawel symptoms all week,but feeling tickety boo this mornin' and I've lost a few lbs already,need to lose another half stone.
