Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Started a journey on the M4 this morning but it so terrible decided to turn off at the first junction I arrived at.Since my friend had that incident I feel nervous driving in such horrible conditions. It might be better tomorrow-who knows!
Hope your sciatica gets better soon Jac.

Needless to say I didn't change the bed linen! Poured all day. Youngest son came and changed the door handle into Rob's room (which has been coming apart in everyone's hands....). Watched the bowls all afternoon and going to watch the box this evening - square eyes.

Hope your back is better Jac.

Foggy and drizzly here.Decided not to venture out today.
Will have a rummage in the freezer to find something for lunch. There's bound to be something in there that wasn't eaten over Christmas.
Will catch up on some tv this afternoon.

I'm fed up with this dismal weather but I've got a lovely bunch of Daffodils in bloom on a window sill which cheers the room up.
As you say doc-not too long before the clocks go forward.

Soggy again this morning, but I stripped the bed anyway! Sun has been out all afternoon and a wonderful clear night tonight. Went with some friends to see "The Darkest Hour" this evening. Great film, two hours went by like a flash. Coming home there was a wonderful moon up and you could see the plane vapour trails, amazing.

Frosty morning.
The moon was lovely and bright last night.
Out for lunch later. It'll be good to drive in the dry.
