I've got a pain in the neck
And it's not the wife for a change.It's hard to explain but it's almost like the outside of my throat is sore, instead of the inside.
Could it be the muscles or something?
I'm not sure and don't want to bother the doctors about it.
I took some Ibuprofen yesterday which helped a little but not much so tried Paracetamol today and that helped a little more but it is always there when I swallow or tense up my neck.
It is getting very irritating now.

If it's a swollen gland I don't think there is much you can do to get rid of it, they usually go down again on their own after a day or two. I asked if you had had a cold because I almost always get something similar if I've had a cold or been off colour.
