3, 3 C if it's tea or B if coffee. Except that I always have a latte which is not in the photo.

Steak has to be a bit bloody to be really tender. You can get RSI if you overcook it.

Toast should be golden not burnt.

Hi

Ripple and Surfermom.

I am a meat eater but I have no problem with vegetarian food.

I love my veg and am Vegetarian 4 days a week.

To me it is all about balance and personal preference and respect for the views of others.

The human race are omnivores, our bodies are designed for it.

What do you mean with RSI? Annie, I did think of repetitive strain injury with having to turn it over all the time....?
