Re: G7 in Cornwall? I thought I misread!

On the BBC 6pm news last evening, there was an interview with a lobster fisherman from Carbis Bay who went out to recover his pots yesterday morning but a warship told him to turn back. So that's alright then, his pots languish at the bottom of the sea, probably full of prime Cornish lobsters that the G7's high and mighty wouldn't be sampling for their luxury dinner last night or tonight.

I saw that at lunch time for the first time, good idea, hope it works.
Some firms are benefiting, but not many, from G7.
Read that one of the hotels in the area has Covid people, don't know if staff or customers. Did you see that Bathsheba?

No I haven't come across that one Tiffany. I might try and find out some more on that. Not good, really, when they've been going to such lengths to keep the entire area Covid-free. Just goes to show that even with the greatest care, that is impossible to achieve.

EDIT: The hotel was providing accommodation for security staff and the media, but has now been closed completely. God knows where those guests will now be staying!!!

Wonder if they brought it with them? Just shows they aren't being tested. That is very bad & we have had such low infection rates here as well.

There are British people in Ulster?

Ulster IS British. Granted not all of it but until it was sold down the river by that POS Blair and renamed Northern Ireland for decades it was known as Ulster. AS YOU SHOULD WELL KNOW
