Re: G7 in Cornwall? I thought I misread!

This must be the most informal G7 conference ever ?
I believe the queen was heard to say, " are all these people supposed
to be smiling" at the Eden project reception !!
Even the EU mob were seen to be smiling broadly, although they all
stuck together in a gang as it they were in enemy territory ??
The Bidens seemed very relaxed and were definitely taken with
Carrie and baby Bojo l thought !
I noticed Marconi hung around Biden and seemed to like touching
his back and arms a lot ? What a little turd he is !!

There are lots of pictures of the touchy feely and I recall that whoever has the top arm is considered to be the top dog. So some of this seems to be a wrestling match for leaders to try to get the upper hand.

I noticed Boris is coming out as the wrestling underdog in all this psycho-physio warfare.

In this image there appears to be a wrestling match to get the upper hand.
Biden is awkwardly winning but the position looks uncomfortable and Macron's hand is trying to get as high as possible.

The photo Macron has posted on his twitter is with him having the upper hand :

Despite the comments here, good, bad, jocular and sarcastic, it seems this G7 group is making a genuine effort to confront some global issues and support each other and the individual countries.

It makes me hopeful we can begin to appreciate working together again.

Maybe so, but they shouldn't be photographed with the legitimate members, IMO.

Re: G7 in Cornwall? I thought I misread!

Personally I believe that the global market is disgusting. It's principle beneficiary is the United States and the principle losers are all the nations, mostly third world nations, that find their economies controlled by the G7 cabal.

My preference is that there should be an absolutely free trade across the globe thus giving nations to plot their own course without ANY external interference and certainly not allowing the USA any say whatsoever. The USA is NOT a presence for good other than the USA and even then for an increasingly reducing %age of the population.

Baby bojo Wilfred is stealing the limelight, along with RAF Red Arrows and St.Ives is idyllic.

Queen and President Biden meet at Windsor Castle today.

Everything hunky-dory tickety-boo. Until tomorrow.
