Where I live...in the town you get nicked for dropping a fag end.Nice easy targets.
But here on the estate where it looks like a dustbin lorry has lost it's load...not a single litter warden.Because they wouldn't dare approach the yobs without risking a thick lip.

I used to go up to people if I saw them littering and tell them to pick up whatever they had dropped and put it in the bin, my husband has now stopped me as he says I could be attacked. Still infuriates me to see people littering with so many bins around.
