Re: What do you do when you wake up?
Get up, visit bathroom briefly, make a cup of coffee, sit down to breakfast telly, take first lot of tablets with first coffee. Might have a day or so old newspaper to read. After about half hour/hour, have breakfast, another coffee, take second lot of tablets. Stay watching telly till about 10am, if Rip Off Britain or something else is interesting, bathroom ablutions, get dressed, then think about the day.Re: What do you do when you wake up?
I don't 'wake up' I am woken up about 6am by huffing and puffing and a low growl , Schnauzer speak for where is my breakfastRe: What do you do when you wake up?
Unless I have to be up early, I never use an alarm clock. Wake around 7 am. Stagger to kitchen, make coffee, switch on laptop, check weather forecast, news, financial markets, mail etc... Back to bed with a cup of coffee for me and OH.Re: What do you do when you wake up?
When I wake up I roll over and switch on the coffeemaker by my bed, then snooze for another 10 minutes or so until the coffee is ready. First cup of coffee has to be while I'm still in bed, then I get up before having the second one. I've never been inclined to watch tv early as my time with my coffee is my waking up and thinking time.Re: What do you do when you wake up?
For all my working life I have had jobs where I had to get up early, sometimes 4am. this routine has stayed with me, now I`m awake every morning around 6am, read for awhile, no chance of going back to sleep, get up and have coffee, sit and smoke pipe, take dog out for a walk, feel much better, have breakfast, around early afternoon have a nap in the chair. Anything I have to do I have to do in the morning before lethargy sets in.Re: What do you do when you wake up?
I get up when I awake, usually around 5.30 to 6.00 AM.
