A sixty five year old fox here, but I can run further than I could at twenty one, but nowhere near as fast. Had a couple of scares with my heart, but everything seems to be back in working order now.....Age is just a number!

68 going on 13. I'm told I don't look my age, which I put down to a hard life. I don't act my age, which I put down to mental issues and an inability or downright refusal to bliddy grow up.

I'll be 73 next Month ..YIkes!!...As You get older three things happen..the first is Your memory goes..and I can't remember the other two.

I have the greatest respect of my elders ..but seriously age is really just a state of mind...I hope to be young in mind well into my later years too
