Re: The insomniacs threadI usually retire to bed around midnight but am often back downstairs with the kettle on around 2.00am, then back to bed about 3.30-4.00am.
Re: The insomniacs threadI'm a true insomniac, I get by on 5 hours sleep a night, I spoke to the doc about this and he said . . "it's quite normal, as you get older, the less sleep you need", he has a friend who's in his eighties and all he needs is 3 hours.
Re: The insomniacs threadwithout the medication im awake on and off all night. (normally in the little girls room) but ive been sleeping alot better lately.(new meds)
