I have just had my on-line bill for my BT account, the money will be taken from my bank account by direct debit on the March 15th, or thereafter. I then got an e-mail some hours later telling me that they were unable to take the money from my account. It was clearly a spam e-mail as the money isn't due to be taken out until next week, and the name of the person sending the e-mail was a misspelling of the name of the genuine customer accounts manager!
