Very Sad News

I have heard that my very dear friend of many years is basically dying.She has been told that her osophagis [not sure of spelling] has stopped working and her body is breaking up,nothing can be done to help.She cannot swallow food and is having trouble talking.She had an illeostaphy recently and now has a bag,then this problem came up and she had a camera put down her throat yesterday with the above diagnosis.I am very upset for her ,we have been close and always supported each other in times of problems
