Having to sign up or sign in for everything. Even my optician wants me to sign up to a monthly fee.

Change your optician. I can recommend a good one, but it would be a bit of a journey for you!

LD, why do you need an Optician? You can obviously read the Small Print.

Companies with stupid names. I would not buy a 'Mypillow' if my life depended on it. And yes, I know that the whole idea is to have a name that people remember (and I have!), but if it puts people off buying the product, then it's not working. Well not for me anyway

What annoys me?
Virgin Media.
Our internet off at 11.30am. Only just back on at 8.20pm.
£40+ per month.
I'm now looking at other providers at around £25 per month.
The MiL is with TalkTalk at such a price and has no such problems.

Same here, but only off for just over an hour, rebooted router and the hub after waiting and waiting..it worked..well for me it did.

No, it wasn't just the router. It was out all over our area.
