Annie darlin' - I don't have any choice about anaesthetic - because of another medical problem, I can't have a general anaesthetic 'cos I might not wake up again.

Carmen darlin' - I'm way ahead of you - am even now arranging a supply of Brandy and have a bottle of what ostensibly was squash, but which when taken on the ward, will contain something else a little stronger too.
