Well I have managed to do a load of work for one thing. I have also run up a big hill - more like a mountain with a 25 min climb - with a round trip run of 8 miles. Another good thing is I have eaten very little but just enough to keep my energy levels up high enough to run; so if I keep this up I should lose my excess pounds very quickly. Very focussed and nasty at the moment ...

Good for you being focused Mark, but why the 'nasty' bit ?
Don't overdo this exercise thing will you, don't want to find you collapsed in a heap puffing and panting and being taken home in a wheelbarrow to recoup.
