Yes as it says in the article they were originally experimented with in a cafe called "Miller's Treat" in North Sydney in the early 1980s. I remember going there during my Uni days. The Kiwis claim it of course but that is a bit of a bone of contention between us and NZ over quite a few things. No offence Ciderman
Coffee is huge all over Australia but nowhere more than in Melbourne where it has religion status up there with AFL football.
